Job summary

PCL INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES (PENANG) SDN. BHD. in Batu Kawan, Penang, is seeking a Diploma-qualified QA Inspector to join our quality assurance team.

Fresh graduates are welcome; you will perform in-process inspections, IQC, and maintain a static-free environment in the cleanroom. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

You will report to the QA Engineer and Quality Manager, with MS Office familiarity as a plus; on-site position with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspection to ensure product quality.
• Perform IQC to ensure incoming materials fit for production.
• Check ESD wrist strap, work station mat and grounding for a static-free environment.
• Monitor temperature and humidity of cleanroom and check particle count for production suitability.
• Conduct internal audits and monitor for compliance.
• Support reliability testing and quality-improvement projects.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform in-process inspection to ensure product quality.
• Perform IQC to ensure incoming materials fit for production.
• Perform periodic check onto ESD wrist strap, work station mat and grounding to ensure static free environment.
• Monitor temperature and humidity of cleanroom environment and perform periodic check on particle count to ensure environment fit for production.
• Perform internal audit and monitor for compliance.
• Support Reliability testing and various quality issue or improvement project.
