Master Tec Wire & Cable is seeking a quality control/inspection specialist to uphold product integrity on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods according to SOPs. You will join a manufacturing environment focusing on precision and reliability.
The role requires operating precise measurement tools, documenting results in QC reports and ERP/QA systems, and supporting root-cause analysis with production teams.
Conduct routine inspections and testing on incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Operate, calibrate, and maintain precision measuring instruments and laboratory testing equipment.
Document inspection findings, test results, and non-conformities accurately in daily QC reports and the ERP/QA database.
Identify defects, isolate non-conforming materials, and assist production teams in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Monitor shop floor adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and 5S practices.
Coordinate with production supervisors to resolve quality discrepancies quickly and minimize production downtime.
Assist QA/QC engineers during internal audits and client factory inspection visits.
Requirements & Qualifications
Certificate, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Quality Assurance, Material Science, or related fields.
1-3 years of hands‑on experience in quality inspection/quality control within a manufacturing plant (experience in wire, cable, electrical, or plastics manufacturing is an added advantage). Fresh diploma graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in using measuring tools (such as vernier calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and resistance/tensile testers).
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Willingness to work on rotating shift schedules if required.
