Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-process and final inspections of electronic assemblies and components using various testing equipment and methodologies.
  • Perform visual inspections for defects, ensuring adherence to IPC standards and company specifications.
  • Execute functional and electrical tests on products, interpreting test results and identifying non-conformances.
  • Document inspection and test results accurately and completely, maintaining detailed records.
  • Identify, isolate, and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating appropriate corrective actions.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of quality issues and customer complaints.
  • Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to improve product quality and process efficiency.
  • Participate in internal audits and support external quality audits as required.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
