Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a Quality Assurance and Control Manager to oversee QA/QC operations in a manufacturing environment in Kulai, Johor. You will lead a team, implement QMS, and drive proactive quality management.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Quality Systems / Engineering, 5+ years in QA with leadership, and strong training and auditing skills. The role requires coordinating ISO internal and external audits and reporting on quality performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product quality by carrying out production-related inspection.
• Lead & train a team of QA/QC to perform quality inspection & assurance.
• Supervise QC Team as per Quality Management System.
• Create awareness of QA best practices & procedures amongst all departments.
• Investigate customer complaints & non-conformance issues and handle outgoing quality issues.
• Ensure consistent product quality through training and preventive procedures.
• Develop policies & standards for monitoring quality process.

• Work closely with relevant departments to resolve quality issues.

• Strong leadership skill & problem solving skills
