Job summary

SEER S&R in Klang, Malaysia seeks a Junior Executive to coordinate and monitor production quality assurance and supplier quality control activities. You will handle customer complaints, maintain quality documentation, and support audits and improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks while upholding confidentiality. Training and SOP development are part of the duties, with hands-on involvement in CMM/VCAD inspection programs.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
• Resourceful and able to handle multiple tasks and assignments independently.
• Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor production quality assurance inspection / checking.
• Able to handle complaints from customer and control of suppliers product quality.
• Follow up the quality feedback and monitor effectiveness of countermeasure.
• Maintenance of project quality system, documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Reply customer complaint report.
• Defect part analysis
• To create work instruction / SOP / OPL to ensure operator understand on process.
• Inspection machine program setting such as CMM and VCAD
• Provide new sample training to all QC staff.
• Decide part inspection criteria.
• Attend customer meeting if required.
• Attend external/internal audit if required.
