Job summary

Dream Career Builder PH is seeking a QA/QC leader in Malaysia to audit guest feedback and assess internal processes. You will work with Operations, Product, and Guides to resolve issues and elevate the guest experience, while liaising with suppliers and international agents.

The role requires 5–10 years in QC/QA within hotel/property sectors, plus a proven ability to train and mentor teams, manage escalations, and maintain calm under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree Bachelor’s in any related field.
• 5–10years of QC/QA experience, preferably in the Hotel/ Property industries.
• Proven track record in training and mentoring teams to achieve higher performance.
• Ability to handle escalations effectively and support both team and management needs.
• Able to maintain composure and provide support to the team during high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Audit customer feedback; assess internal issues and follow-up processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Review key suppliers with product and operations teams to ensure highest standards of safety, service and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, and Guides) to resolve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Liaise with external teams, including suppliers and international agents.
• Stay updated on local regulations, cultural norms, and industry trends to anticipate and mitigate potential disruptions.
• Give training to at least more than 10 staff ( Housekeeping)
• Assist with feedback analysis to guide training, enhance guest satisfaction, and support continuous improvement.
