Qualifications

• University / Pre-university graduate.
• At least 3 years of guestroom work experience in luxury hotel or international hotel chain.
• Good written and verbal skills.
• Fluent in English to meet business needs, advantageous.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping office’s daily operation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, housekeeping Opera and OnQ systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the highest standard of cleaning on assigned floors and guestrooms during your shift.
• Inspect all guest rooms, including vacant, arrival-ready and occupied room, to ensure they meet the hotels highest standard of cleanliness, presentation and functionality before releasing rooms for sales or continued inhouse guest use.
• Inspect all the guest rooms, VIP in-house, VIP arrival and long stay guest.
• Work closely with the front desk team to ensure correct room status at all times.
• Ensure guest privacy is respected when DND status is displayed.
• Supervise the 'turndown service' and ensure team follow the turndown process.
• Train and supervise room attendant on the cleaning standard.
• Assist in the inventory of linen and room items.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to Engineering.
• Adhere by the hotel's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

As the Housekeeping Supervisor , you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Responsible for the highest standard of cleaning on assigned floors and guestrooms during your shift.
• Inspect all guest rooms, including vacant, arrival-ready and occupied room, to ensure they meet the hotels highest standard of cleanliness, presentation and functionality before releasing rooms for sales or continued inhouse guest use.
• Inspect all the guest rooms, VIP in-house, VIP arrival and long stay guest.
• Work closely with the front desk team to ensure correct room status at all times.
• Ensure guest privacy is respected when DND status is displayed.
• Supervise the "turndown service" and ensure team follow the turndown process.
• Inspect ‘turn down services’’ room that assigned for special request and VIP’s.
• Train and supervise room attendant on the cleaning standard.
• Responsible to strict key control.
• Assist in the inventory of linen and room items.
• Report and record stain linen, lost and damaged items in the logbook and to manager on duty.
• Log and record daily events and report in the logbook/handover and follow up on the previous information reported by supervisor team.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to Engineering.
• Ensure compliance of lost and found procedures.
• Sees adequate storage of supplies inventory on assigned floors to safeguard against shortage or loss.
• Regularly inspect guest floor corridors, public areas, pantry and staircase.
• Keep floors, linen rooms and pantries neat and tidy.
• Monitor productivity of the assigned Room Attendant.
• Check team members' grooming, personal hygiene and appearance.
• Assist with team members' training and development.
• Provide ongoing advice and support to team members under your supervision.
• Provide one to one training to team members when required.
• Seek oppurtunities to improve guest service consistently from guests' comments.
• Take appropriate action to resolve guest's complaints.
• Ensure all reports are completed on a timely basis.
• Prior to end of shift to check assisgned floor room attendant assignment and update room status accordingly.
• Prior to end of shift to check assisgned floor, corridors, public areas, pantry and staircase.
• Prior prepare and organize for daily room operation according to occupancy.
• Adhere by the hotel's policies and procedures, Hilton code of business conduct, the hotel's team member handbook, security and emergency policies and procedures.
• Perform any duties assisgned by the Management team deemed necessary.
