Job summary

FUKAR SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quality Control professional based in Malaysia to ensure QC processes (IQC, IPQC, OQA) comply with internal procedures and ISO standards. You will coordinate external product rejects and serve as the main quality contact for customers.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree, at least 2 years in QA/QC and manufacturing, and solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and QC tools. You will work closely with production to maintain process control and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum advanced Diploma or Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years in Quality Control Assurance.
• At least 2 years in manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Understanding customer product requirements.
• Proficiency with QC tools: 8D, MSA, Statistical Analysis, 7 QC Tools, TQM.
• Good judgement for challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality performance analysis and identify CA/PA for continual improvement.
• Ensure proper responses to customer NCR and verify CAPA effectiveness.
• Participate in FMEA/MSA and control plan generation.
• Coordinate with production to keep line parameters in control.
• Lead IRB team in reviewing quality issues and identify actions.
• Assist prototyping quality related tasks incl inspection plan generation.
• Assist management in ensuring QMS compliance.
• Involved in measurement equipment control and calibration.
• Generate quality reports including COC, KPI analysis, etc.

Ensure Quality Control (IQC, IPQC, OQA) related processes comply to internal defined procedures and ISO quality management system. Coordinate and lead external product reject and line process as customer main contact person on quality related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out quality performance analysis and identify CA/PA for continual improvement
• Ensure proper reply of customer NCR within the required time frame and carry over CAPA verification to ensure effectiveness
• Involved in FMEA/MSA/control plan generation
• Work closely with production to ensure line process parameters within the control range
• Lead IRB team in reviewing product quality issues and identify suitable action and CA/PA
• Involved in quality related matters during prototyping including inspection plan generation
• Assist management in ensuring overall QMS compliance
• Involved in measurement equipment control and calibration activities
• Generate quality related reports including product certificate of compliance (COC), KPI analysis, quality objectives data analysis

About you

• Minimum advance Diploma/Degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years in Quality Control Assurance
