Job summary

WATERCO (FAR EAST) SDN BHD is seeking a Quality Assurance and Control Executive to maintain QA/QC documents, revise controls, and support digitalization within QA/QC operations.

You will assist in internal and customer audits (ISO 9001/ISO 14001), manage electronic filing, and drive workflow automation to improve efficiency across the department.

Diploma holder with 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh grads encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Admin, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years in document control, records management, and quality system documentation.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QA/QC documents and records.
• Ensure revision control and distribution of latest approved documents.
• Support audits (ISO 9001/ISO 14001) and customer audits.
• Assist in paperless workflow and digitalization initiatives.
• Manage electronic filing, archiving, and database updates.
