Job summary

Tai Sin Electric in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia is seeking a diligent QA/QC and document control professional to ensure all policies, procedures, forms and records are properly controlled and retrievable across the company.

The candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field, with 2–3 years’ experience in QA/QC or document control, and knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001; proficiency in Word and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC, ISO or document control.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 Management System requirements.
• Experience in internal audit and document control is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure policies, procedures, work instructions, forms and records are properly controlled.
• Coordinate the review and revision of controlled documents.
• Control the issuance, revision, distribution and withdrawal of ISO documents.
• Maintain proper filing and traceability of quality records.
• Ensure employees use the latest approved version of documents.
• Maintain document retention and disposal records across the organization.
• Assist during external certification and surveillance audits.
• Record audit findings, observations and non-conformities.
• Monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and improvement actions.
• Follow up with responsible departments to ensure corrective actions are completed on time.
• Maintain proper records for inspections, audits, quality issues and corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic QA/IMS reports for management.
• Monitor document and audit KPIs where applicable.
• Ensure quality records are complete, accurate and readily retrievable.
• Assist in conducting IMS awareness training for employees.
• Ensure relevant employees are informed of changes to procedures and work instructions.
