Job summary

Jabil Malaysia is seeking a QA Manager to drive quality assurance on the manufacturing floor, coach teams, and ensure the use of quality tools across processes. You will recruit and lead QA staff, plan budgets, and partner with engineering and operations to secure continuous improvement and compliant quality systems for the South site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 years experience in quality-related field.
• 2 years managerial experience.
• Experience with quality tools and continuous improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor QA activities and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan long- and short-term QA functions.
• Manage QA operational metrics and budgets.
• Plan/justify departmental budget.
• Evaluate/train QA activities.
• Recruit and lead QA staff.
• Assess management system effectiveness at Jabil South.
• Drive improvements in market position through quality initiatives.
• Adhere to safety, health, and security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
