Job summary

Jabil Malaysia seeks an experienced QA professional to assist the QA manager in embedding quality tools on the manufacturing floor and to drive training and proper use of quality tools at Jabil. The role also includes recruiting QA staff and planning for the future of the QA Department.

Responsibilities include monitoring QA activities, planning budgets, coordinating training, recruiting and coaching staff, and improving the management system to enhance efficiency, safety, and compliance across

Qualifications

• Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the Quality Assurance function.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control and PCB assembly processes.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and business analytics.
• Experience in change management and cost reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor/evaluate level of involvement of QA Department activities and effects on efficiency.
• Plan/justify departmental budget and training activities.
• Recruit, lead, coach, and manage QA Department staff.
• Evaluate effectiveness of the management system and drive improvements.
• Drive improvements to Jabil’s market position and ensure safety compliance.
