Qualifications

• Experience with QA plans, process routings, and supporting manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings reflecting activities.
• Support quoting activities via initial design, development and implementation phases.
• Evaluate and support inspection processes via inspection aids and guidelines.
• Provide training program development and delivery.
• Maintain and organize documentation files with accessible storage systems.
• Review supplier or customer discrepancies and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide trend analysis of defects across customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Participate in vendor survey activities as applicable.
• Drive collaboration with suppliers and assist in their process improvements.
• Interface with departments on ISO, EN4600 and GMP documentation.
