Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; five years of related experience preferred.
• Experience developing QA plans, process routings and maintaining documentation.
• Familiarity with ISO, EN4600 and GMP documentation and related standards.
• Ability to coordinate corrective/preventive actions with suppliers and customers.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings reflecting activities.
• Support quoting activities via involvement in process design and implementation.
• Evaluate inspection processes and provide guidelines for inspection aids.
• Support training programs through development of specialized sessions.
• Review documentation files and manage storage/access systems.
• Coordinate and track corrective/preventive actions for supplier/customer discrepancies.
• Provide trend analysis of defects across customer, supplier, and internal teams.
• Interface with other departments on ISO/EN4600 and GMP documentation requirements.
• Offer technical guidance to quality engineering staff and act as liaison with customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and tighten corrective/preventive actions.
