Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred in a relevant field.
• 5 years experience in quality related field.
• Additional 2 years managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of SMT manufacturing and QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve QA department activities and metrics.
• Plan long/short term functions to support Jabil South.
• Recruit, lead, coach, and evaluate QA staff.
• Drive training and proper use of quality tools on the floor.
• Manage departmental budget and assess training needs.
