Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire Quality Engineers, OBA personnel and Quality Analyst resources.
• Coach Quality Engineering staff to deliver excellence to internal and external customers.
• Define, develop and implement a Quality strategy aligned to campus directions.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics and trend reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory certifications (ISO9000, ISO14000, QS9000, BABT, TUV).
