Job summary

DES Electronics is a well established manufacturing company located in Sungai Petani specializing in PCB assembly & LED lighting. We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidates for the following position :- DES Electronics is seeking a quality-focused professional to oversee QMS/EHS documentation, conduct corrective actions, and manage internal audits.

You will coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards and drive continuous quality

Responsibilities

• Deal with Production Supervisor and other staff on routine quality issues to seek remedial and root cause corrective actions.
• Responsible to oversee on document controls of the quality management system and Environmental, Health and Safety management system.
• Establish limit samples for customer’s approval during sample run and provide inspection specifications as references to both Production and QA where necessary.
• Review regularly the established in- house ISO 9001/IATF 16949 requirements, Propose and implement quality improvement programmes.
• To compile yearly management review of the company and plan for internal audit.
• Develop and implement Quality Control Company, carry out vendor quality assurance programmes to enhance vendor performance.
• Daily monitoring the QMS activity until the systems well organize and implement.
• To oversee Corrective Action and Preventive Action.
