Job summary

DES Electronics is a well established manufacturing company located in Sungai Petani specializing in PCB assembly & LED lighting. We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidates for the following position :- DES Electronics is seeking a quality-focused professional to oversee QMS/EHS documentation, conduct corrective actions, and manage internal audits.

You will coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards and drive continuous quality

Responsibilities

Deal with Production Supervisor and other staff on routine quality issues to seek remedial and root cause corrective actions.
Responsible to oversee on document controls of the quality management system and Environmental, Health and Safety management system.
Establish limit samples for customer’s approval during sample run and provide inspection specifications as references to both Production and QA where necessary.
Review regularly the established in- house ISO 9001/IATF 16949 requirements, Propose and implement quality improvement programmes.
To compile yearly management review of the company and plan for internal audit.
Develop and implement Quality Control Company, carry out vendor quality assurance programmes to enhance vendor performance.
Daily monitoring the QMS activity until the systems well organize and implement.
To oversee Corrective Action and Preventive Action.
