E-CAST Industries Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance function in Penang. You will manage the QMS, ensure ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

The role requires a strong background in quality management, excellent leadership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. A competitive package including performance bonus and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment, including managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in internal and external audits, customer complaint handling, and quality improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Act as the Management Representative and coordinate Management Review Meetings.
• Ensure QMS processes are effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved.
• Review and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor QMS performance and report quality issues and improvement plans to Top Management.
• Promote quality awareness through training and effective communication.
• Ensure products meet customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints, quality issues, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational performance.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and recommend improvement actions.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
