Qualifications

Located in the Batu Kawan Industrial Park, Penang, they are a growing team of 50-200 employees, dedicated to producing high-quality components for industries like semiconductors, rail transportation, medical devices, and precision instruments.

What you'll be doing?

Lead Quality Initiatives: Set the quality direction and ensure performance aligns with customer expectations.

Ensure Compliance: Maintain quality systems in accordance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.

Team Leadership: Direct and motivate a team of quality professionals to achieve continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with production and supply assurance to ensure timely material/product verification.

Monitor and Report: Review quality performance and report to management on the Quality Management System's performance.
