Job summary

Evo Precision Engineering in Nusajaya, Johor Bahru, Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead incoming/outgoing QA, product QA and QA evaluation activities. The role focuses on maintaining and improving ISO9001 and TS16949 quality management systems and ensuring supplier and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering, has at least 8 years of related experience, strong leadership and communication skills,

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in quality control/assurance.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to work in Nusajaya Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
• Preferably Manager level in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Overall in charge of Incoming/Outgoing Quality Assurance, Product Quality Assurance and Quality Evaluation activities
• Coordinate, manage and maintain ISO9001 and TS16949 Quality Management System
• Development and maintenance of Incoming parts and finished goods inspection system
• Establishment and continuously improvement of quality systems to ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Manage and control all quality control activities in accordance with identified Quality Assurance standards, company procedures and client specifications
• Liaise with internal / external parties such as governing bodies, certification bodies on all related issues
• Provide reports to management depicting the quality levels, quality problems and cost of quality
