Job summary

SUNTRACO FOOD INDUSTRIES SDN BHD in Meru, Selangor, is seeking a QA Executive to join the Quality Assurance and Control team. This full-time role ensures all food products meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.

You will implement HACCP and ISO 22000 systems and coordinate audits, with a focus on continuous improvement. Candidates should hold a degree in Food Science/Technology, be a Registered Food Analyst with APC, and have at least 2 years’ experience in food

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• Registered Food Analyst with a valid APC.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal and food regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal and food safety/regulatory requirements.
• Conduct QA verification, self-inspection and production process monitoring.
• Coordinate internal, external, certification and customer audits, including follow-up of findings.
• Handle non-conformance, corrective actions and supplier/material quality issues.
• Maintain QA documentation, specifications, laboratory testing and calibration activities.
• Maintain traceability, food defense, food fraud and food safety monitoring programmes.
• Prepare quality and food safety information for management review and continual improvement.

About the role

We are seeking a QA Executive to join our Quality Assurance and Control team in Meru, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring all our food products meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal and food safety/regulatory requirements.
