Job summary

Central Vista (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to join its manufacturing team in Malaysia. You will monitor and ensure HACCP/GMP/HALAL compliance, manage documentation, update SOPs and records, and support product development with rigorous testing and timely reporting.

You will work with the management team on quality control, complaints and recalls, and drive continuous improvement across processes and quality systems to meet regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quality Assurance Executive.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is preferred.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• To conduct & monitor verification activities to fulfill HACCP / GMP / HALAL requirements.
• To ensure the system compliance to HACCP / GMP / HALAL requirements.
• Participancy role as a Food Safety Management Team member for proper documentation control of forms & records in compliance with HACCP / GMP / HALAL.
• Review & updated SOP, procedures, flow diagrams, hazard analysis, CCP & OPRP summary plan.
• Responsible to handle customer complaint & product recall.
• Manage all long term & short term R&D projects to meet company & customer objectives & ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct product formulation, view & sensory tasting to provide solution for improving product quality.
• Review procedure, protocols & specifications to support product development and ensure tests, timelines, and documentation are in standard format.
• To perform Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Top Management from time to time.
