Job summary

BrightPath Solutions in Pasir Gudang, Johor seeks a Quality Assurance professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemical and at least 2 years in a Quality System. You will handle complaints, perform inspections, train staff, conduct lab analyses and ensure ISO 9001 compliance across production.

The role offers a monthly salary range from RM 2,800 to RM 3,500 with transport allowance, annual leave and public holidays as per Labour Law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Quality System.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle quality complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution with counter measures.
• Analyze quality problems identified by QC Inspectors and coordinate with departments.
• Recommend quality improvement actions.
• Perform routine site inspections and quality reporting.
• Perform lab analysis.
• Authorize in Inspection & Test Plan at production.
• Train QC staff on Inspection & Test Plan and work instructions.
• Reject or hold materials at production stages as needed.
• Ensure equipment calibration compliance and keep track of validity.
• Apply ISO 9001:2015 awareness and interpretation.

Working Day: Monday to Friday / Saturday - Alternate

Salary Range: RM 2800.00 to 3500.00

Transport: RM 200.00

Bonus: Payment of BONUS, if declared, is entirely at the sole discretion of the management and depends not only on the performance of the Company but also on personal contribution and overall performance

Responsibilities and Authorities:

1. Handling of quality complaints, ensure they are resolve satisfactorily with necessary counter measures taken to prevent recurrence

2. Analysis quality problem found by QC Inspectors and interacting with other departments on problem resolution

3. Recommend quality improvement actions

4. Perform routine site inspections & quality reporting ( Certificate ) to customer

5. Perform Lab analysis

6. Authorized in Inspection & Test Plan at production

7. Authorized to train QC base on Inspection & Test Plan and Quality Control Work Instruction

8. Authorized to reject, on-hold the material in various production stage

9. To ensure equipment are comply to calibration process and keep track on the validity period

10. Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Awareness & Interpretation

Competency Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Engineering / Chemical or its equivalent

2. 2 years of working experience in Quality System
