MSP Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a quality-focused professional in Penang with a high school diploma or higher and proficiency in office software.

The candidate should have over three years of experience in lathe or screw manufacturing, be familiar with ISO systems, and capable of generating 8D reports to drive quality improvements and maintain inspection processes.

• Over three years of experience in lathe or screw manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Quality improvement and optimization initiatives
• Storage and maintenance of instruments and inspection fixtures
• Respond to customer complaints: 8D corrective actions
• Maintain the company's management systems and verify third‑party inspection reports
• Train department staff
