Job summary

Eternal Materials (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Quality Assurance professional to maintain ISO 9001 compliance and oversee internal and external audits.

You will be responsible for identifying non-conformities, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring adherence to quality standards across products. The role requires a chemical engineering background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive improvements in product quality, processes, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in quality assurance or related field.
• Junior Executive level preferred in Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ISO 9001 management system compliance.
• Handle non-conformities, troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with S.H.E regulations implementation.
• Manage customer complaints.
• Oversee project management.
• Monitor and improve product quality.

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Mandarin speaking is an advantage.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quality Assurance or equivalent.

Candidate will act as a Quality Assurance for this job position.
