Job Description
- Oversee and lead the QA team focused on confectionery product quality assurance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems in line with industry regulations and standards.
- Conduct and coordinate quality audits, both internal and external, ensuring compliance and corrective actions are addressed promptly.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues swiftly.
- Analyze quality data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, including HACCP, GMP, and related certifications.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, supply chain, and other departments to resolve quality-related challenges.
- Provide training and development opportunities to QA personnel to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related discipline.
- Experience in quality assurance within the confectionery or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and food safety standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP).
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
