Job summary

Dynamic Transforms Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant in Malaysia to support QC procedures and documentation. The role covers inspection records for raw materials, packaging, and finished products, plus daily QC admin tasks and data management in the quality system.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Food-related field, have at least 1 year Halal experience, and possess a Halal Executive certificate.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Food Service, Food Technology, Food Science.
• At least 1 year working experience on Halal matters.
• Halal Executive certificate issued by HPB/JAKIM.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving quality control procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Prepare, review, and update inspection records for raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
• Perform daily QC administrative activities, including issuing QC Pass stickers for approved materials and products.
• Verify, maintain, and update QA/QC records and quality documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Update QC inspection data for materials and finished products in the quality management system.
• Support Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, Halal Assurance System and other certifications.
• Ensure all quality records are completed accurately and available for audits.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior in line with operational requirements.

Job description

Assist in implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving quality control procedures, standards, and documentation.

Prepare, review, and update inspection records, including raw material, packaging material, and finished product inspection forms, labels, and packaging documentation.

Perform daily QC administrative activities, including issuing QC Pass stickers for approved raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.

Verify, maintain, and update QA/QC records, forms, and quality documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Update and maintain QC inspection data for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products in the quality management system.

Support Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, Halal Assurance System and other certification requirements.

Ensure all quality records are completed accurately, maintained systematically, and readily available for audits.

Perform any other duties assigned by the superior in line with operational requirements.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Food Service, Food Technology, Food Science.

At least1 year and above working experienceon Halal matters.

Possess Halal Executive certificateissued by recognized Halal Training Provider by HPB (Halal Professional Board) by JAKIM.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision
