Job summary

CPI (KL) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry / QA Support staff to ensure CoC legibility, prepare daily shipping data certificates, and support QA document control.

You will work with the QA team to maintain records and coordinate attendance, overtime, and calibration activities to support ISO 9001:2015 compliance. Based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, the role requires 1+ year in data entry, proficiency in MS Office, and a Diploma in business/admin field.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or Admin or equivalent with CGPA 3.0 and above.
• Working experience more than 1 year in data entry.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Check legibility of data in CoC before scanning and maintain in QA shared folder.
• Prepare daily certificates of conformance (shipping data) for customers per delivery requirements.
• Inform QA Leader if batch number is older than 1 year for re-measurement.
• Ensure only re-measured CoC for parts older than 1 year is provided to customers.
• Assist QA Senior Executive with updating quality documents (CoC, PSOP, QAT, control plan, packaging specs).
• Update QA department's daily attendance report and coordinate with HR for staff clinic visits.
• Arrange overtime claim forms for QA Inspectors, Technicians, Supervisors before the 21st.
• Check daily overtime forms after attendance receipt and submit to HR before the 25th.
• Summarize QNN list and email to PRM & PRS before the 3rd of each month.
• Assist QA team in tracing lots delivered to customers after complaints/feedback.
• Prepare Daily QA Inspection Measurement Record and pass to QA leader before new production date.
• Check equipment calibration master list and schedule for all departments and report infrastructure failures to CMMS.
