Job summary

METACOAT SDN. BHD. in Selangor, Malaysia, seeks a quality control/lab technician to support COA generation and documentation processes. The role involves inspecting and testing samples, maintaining testing records, and ensuring product specifications meet standards.

The ideal candidate has no experience required, can work in a fast-paced team environment, and demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills. Training will be provided on calibration of equipment and routine QC tasks.

Qualifications

• Have at least SRP / PMR / SPM or Certificate.
• Can work in a team and have a positive working attitude, independent and able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
• No experience can be considered.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates ideally would be curious and interested to learn new things.

Responsibilities

• Handle and update maintenance status and keep record of documentation.
• Responsible for the generation of Certificate of Analysis (COA) according to Customers’ requirements.
• Inspect, evaluate, test, and solve incoming and in-process samples according to the standard requirement.
• Ensure proper documentation of testing records and product specifications.
• Recommend improvement measures to the management to ensure quality control standards are met.
• Responsible to control lab inventory.
• Assist to check all quality checking equipment and tools are calibrated.
• To undertake other jobs assigned by the superior from time to time.
