Job summary

KMWE Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking a detail-oriented QA Administrator to support daily quality assurance activities. You will receive incoming parts, prepare inspection tools, and maintain inspection databases, records, and logs to ensure accurate quality data across the production process.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; reading technical drawings is required; strong English communication and teamwork will help you contribute to NCRs, FAI reports, and improvement

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts and prepare inspection tools for quality inspections.
• Maintain and update QA inspection databases, inspection records, reports, and logs.
• Update daily incoming inspection status and quality records.
• Prepare and issue NCRs for non-conforming materials.
• Prepare FAI and outgoing inspection reports as required.
• Assist in planning inspection schedules and coordinating QA activities.
• Compile quality data for analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements.

Job description

Support daily Quality Assurance administrative activities.

Receive incoming parts and prepare inspection tools for quality inspections.

Maintain and update QA inspection databases, inspection records, reports, and logs.

Update daily incoming inspection status and quality records.

Prepare and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for non-conforming materials.

Maintain non-conformance databases and supplier quality documentation.

Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and outgoing inspection reports as required.

Assist in planning inspection schedules and coordinating QA inspection activities.

Compile quality data for analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements.

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in any Engineering related field; or at least 2 years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

Familiar with QA measuring instruments and inspection equipment.

Good computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office applications.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.

Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
