Hua Jian Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Procurement Executive to source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials and services in the construction and renovation sector. You will negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure competitive deals.

Responsibilities include issuing purchase orders, following up on deliveries, and coordinating with warehouse to maintain optimal inventory while ensuring quality and cost efficiency. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of procurement / purchasing experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Result oriented with a strong sense of urgency and managing to handle and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage
