Job summary

Letromec in Kuala Lumpur invites a driven Purchasing Executive with at least 2 years' hands-on experience to support end-to-end procurement, supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and inventory management for our precision-driven operations.

Based at our KL branch, you will work with ISO 9001 standards, manage PRs and POs, monitor stock levels, and maintain accurate records and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation with local and overseas suppliers to secure best terms.
• Procurement Operations: manage PRs and POs for raw materials, standard parts, tools, and stationery.
• Supplier Performance & Quality: track OTD, conduct vendor audits, manage Approved Supplier List (ISO 9001).
• Inventory & Schedule Management: monitor stock levels to ensure continuity for projects.
• Documentation & Tracking: maintain daily PO records, property pass authorizations, and quotation comparisons.

We are looking for a driven Purchasing Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to assist with our end-to-end procurement process. You will be based in our KL branch and play a pivotal role in supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and maintaining healthy inventory levels to support our precision-driven operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and overseas suppliers/sub-contractors to secure the best delivery, quality, and pricing terms.
• Procurement Operations: Manage purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) for raw materials, standard parts, tools, and stationery.
• Supplier Performance & Quality: Track supplier on-time delivery (OTD), conduct vendor audits, and manage the Approved Supplier List in compliance with ISO 9001 standards
• Inventory & Schedule Management: Monitor stock levels continuously to ensure seamless supply continuity for ongoing projects.
• Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate daily PO tracking records, property pass authorizations, and quotation comparisons.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent .
• Experience: At least 2 years of solid working experience in purchasing/procurement (industrial or manufacturing background preferred). Fresh grads are encouraged to apply as well

Job Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Quality Standards: Familiarity with ISO 9001
