Kanry Search is seeking a Purchasing Executive to support daily purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and fluency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with suppliers from Mainland China.
You will process purchase orders, prepare costing sheets, and track procurement activities while maintaining accurate records. A Diploma or Degree in Procurement or related field is preferred, with a strong eye for detail and organizational skills.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 6:00pm
Support daily purchasing activities, including processing purchase orders after approval and ensuring all purchasing details are accurately updated in the system.
Source and communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, conduct price comparisons, and support cost evaluation activities.
Assist in preparing procurement summaries, costing sheets, and tracking reports for purchasing and project-related activities.
Coordinate with suppliers to follow up on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and outstanding procurement matters.
Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase documents, supplier information, and related filing requirements.
Work closely with internal administrative teams to ensure timely scanning, submission, and proper documentation of procurement records.
Support the purchasing team in resolving supplier issues and addressing any procurement-related discrepancies.
Identify opportunities to improve purchasing workflows, documentation accuracy, and overall procurement processes.
Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with0-2 years of purchasing/procurement experienceare welcome to apply.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise with suppliers from Mainland China.
Basic understanding of procurement processes, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and quotation evaluation.
Familiarity with procurement systems and Microsoft Excel/spreadsheet applications.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments efficiently.
