You will source reliable suppliers, verify requisitions, and work closely with other departments to streamline processes and support timely project delivery.

• Review and approve purchase requisitions with cost comparisons and value engineering.
• Verify material requisitions, site measurements, progress claims and invoices.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement and on-time delivery.
• Handle procurement administration and ad-hoc tasks; forecast monthly cash flow and expenses.
• Oversee contracts and subcontract works including recommendations on payments and variation orders.

about the job

• Responsible for overall procurement of relevant raw & building materials, subcontracting works.
• Source of reliable suppliers & contractors and to ensure project cost within budget and/or to maximise project savings and/or profits.
• Verify and approve purchase requisitions by reviewing cost comparison report, clarifying unclear items, recommend alternatives or substitutes, propose value engineering, etc.
• Verify and approve on materials requisitions, site measurements of work done, progress claims and invoices.
• Working hand in hand with other departments within the company to ensure smooth and efficient procurement process and on time project delivery.
• Follow up and look into overall procurement and purchasing administrative matters and any other ad-hoc tasks.
• Plan and forecast company monthly cash flow and expenses.
• Follow up and look into overall administrative matters of various contracts and subcontract works including recommendation of payments, variation order certificates, etc.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the General Manager.
