Job summary

Inta Bina Group Berhad is seeking a Purchasing/Procurement professional in Malaysia to manage supplier evaluation, quotations, and daily purchasing activities. You will coordinate purchase orders, delivery schedules, and issue resolution with vendors to ensure project needs are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Business Administration, is proficient in MS Office, and has familiarity with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Familiar with MS Applications (MS Excel/MS Word).
• Experience in construction industry preferred.
• Understanding ISO standards an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution.
• Evaluate supplier quotations to ensure alignment with technical and commercial specs for the project.
• Handle daily operational purchasing needs including planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time and best prices; ensure criteria are met.
• Implement internal procurement strategies to meet high delivery and short lead time requirements.
• Build effective relationships with project teams and external suppliers.
• Assist in negotiating contract terms and pricing with clients and suppliers.
• Assist in independent bid comparison leveling for sourcing.

Job Requirements
