Job summary

We are seeking a procurement professional to manage direct and indirect sourcing of electrical/electronic components and related services. You will negotiate prices and delivery terms, maintain supplier data in SAP, coordinate with user departments, and prepare quotations for tenders and proposals.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in direct and indirect sourcing with knowledge of end-to-end procurement.
• Experience sourcing electrical/electronic components or suppliers is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conferring with suppliers to obtain prices, specifications, and product details.
• Negotiating prices, contracts, and delivery terms for optimal outcomes.
• Sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers for direct and indirect materials/services.
• Maintaining purchasing records, supplier data, and pricing in SAP.
• Coordinating with user departments and suppliers for project-related purchasing.
• Supporting departments with quotations for tenders and proposals.
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Issuing purchase orders in line with technical specs and requirements.
• Identifying and sourcing new parts, suppliers, or subcontractors when needed.
