Position: Purchasing Executive (Global Sourcing) 采购专员（全球采购）

Industry: Intelligent Manufacturing / Automation 工业自动化

Basic Salary: RM3,500 – RM6,500 per month (Negotiable based on experience) 底薪（面议，视经验而定）

Fixed Allowance 固定补贴：RM300 per month

Extra Allowance 额外补贴：min RM200 per month 每个月至少马币两百

工作内容 Responsibilities

End-to-End Procurement Management 全流程采购管理: Manage the complete procurement lifecycle, including RFQ (Request for Quotation), PR (Purchase Requisition), PO (Purchase Order) generation, and rigorous delivery follow-up. 负责从询价（RFQ）、请购（PR）、采购订单（PO）下达到交期紧密跟进的全流程采购生命周期管理。

Global Sourcing & Supplier Management 全球寻源与供应商管理: Identify, evaluate, and manage global suppliers, specifically from the USA, India, Japan, China, ensuring optimal supplier performance, quality standards, and risk mitigation. 开发、评估并管理来自美国、印度、日本和中国的全球供应商，确保供应商绩效、质量标准及风险管控达到最优。

Cost Negotiation 成本谈判: Drive competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms through strong negotiation skills and market analysis. 通过出色的议价能力与市场分析，争取极具竞争力的价格及有利的商业条款。

Cross-functional Collaboration 跨部门协作: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to align purchasing strategies with production and automation requirements. 与工程、生产及质量保证部门紧密合作，使采购策略与生产及自动化需求保持高度一致。

Market Intelligence 市场洞察: Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and lead times for semiconductor industry and automation parts to proactively optimize supply chain efficiency. 密切研究考查半导体行业及自动化零配件市场趋势、价格动态和交货周期，以优化供应链效率。

任职要求 Requirements

Diploma or above (Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related background preferred) 本科及以上学历（供应链管理、国际贸易或商科相关专业背景优先）

Good spoken and written Chinese and English (ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers); proficiency in other languages (e.g., Japanese) is a strong plus. 具备良好的中英口语及书写能力（能与国际供应商进行高效沟通）；掌握其他语言（如日语）者将具备更佳优势。

Minimum 3-5 years of hands‑on purchasing experience, preferably within the Semiconductor industry. 具备至少 3-5年 采购实操经验，有半导体行业背景者优先。

Proven experience in sourcing automation parts and equipment. 具备自动化设备及零配件采购的丰富经验

Demonstrated experience dealing with and managing suppliers from the USA, India, Japan, China. 具备与美国、印度、日本及中国供应商合作与管理的实际经验。

Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier relationship management skills. 具备优秀议价能力、分析能力及供应商关系管理能力。

Highly familiar with standard procurement processes, SQL and ERP systems (RFQ, PR, PO, delivery tracking) 熟悉标准采购流程，SQL，及ERP系统（RFQ、PR、PO、交期追踪跟进）。

Detail‑oriented, responsible, and well‑organized 做事细致严谨，责任心强，有良好的执行力

Good communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally 良好的沟通能力，能跨部门协作

Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment 能够同时处理多项任务，具备一定抗压能力

Short notice period preferred (Immediate starters or candidates with 1‑to‑2‑month notice). 优先考虑通知期短的候选人（1-2 个月内为佳）。
