White Heron Pharmaceutical seeks a proactive Purchasing cum Logistics professional to manage supplier sourcing, procurement, and logistics coordination in Malaysia. The role involves handling purchase orders, supplier panels, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining GMP/ISO-aligned records.

The candidate should have a Diploma/degree in Purchasing or Logistics, with at least 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Source suppliers of goods, materials and services.
• Prepare and raise purchase orders and schedules.
• Maintain panel of suppliers with backups for essential materials.
• Track purchase orders and input order details into internal systems.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and communications.
• Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues.
• Interface between suppliers and internal departments on purchasing processes.
• Arrange overseas and local shipments with forwarders/exporters.
• Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt.

Key Responsibilities

• -To source for suppliers of goods, materials and services
• -To prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedule for goods, materials and services
• -To maintain panel supplier lists with alternative and backup suppliers for all essential materials.
• -To tracks the status of purchase orders, enter order details into internal system
• -To build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.
• -To contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues.
• -To act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects
• -To arrange oversea and local shipment with forwarders and exporters for materials and components to complete finished goods
• -To liaise with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
• -To maintain records, reports and documents in line with GMP, ISO, HACCP and Halal requirement

Requirements

• - Diploma/Degree in any field of Purchase / Logistics.
• - Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in purchasing / logistics operation.
• - Fresh graduates are welcome to applyi
• - Capable of handling administrative tasks (records and documentation).
• - Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required to liaise with our oversea suppliers.
