Job summary

The role emphasizes accuracy, organisation, and timely operations, with opportunities to collaborate across internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years’ relevant experience, plus proficiency in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a relevant field or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within stipulated timelines.
• Experience in banking or financial services is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform perfection of agreements and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Check agreements and 2nd print documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Sort agreements and security documents and prepare them for mailing to customers.
• Monitor stamping processes and handle LHDN-related matters.
• Perform loan release and ensure relevant documentation is completed accurately.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing and resolution of documentation matters.
