Qualifications

• Experience in handling supplier quotations, price negotiations, cost analysis, and monitoring market prices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Preferably from manufacturing or medical sector.

Responsibilities

• Ensure purchasing operations supply of materials needed for company operations.
• Develop supply resources to meet demand and control supply costs.
• Evaluate new products and materials; manage supplier resource planning and cost accounting.
• Lead supplier data collection, qualification review, and negotiations on samples.
• Conduct market procurement research, monitor supply risks, and adjust procurement strategies.
• Summarize supplier KPIs monthly, including delivery and quality issues.
• Manage direct materials supply, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare procurement contracts and ensure compliance with PO terms.
• Improve supplier performance and cost efficiency through data analysis.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing/procurement

Experience in handling supplier quotations, price negotiations, cost analysis, and market price monitoring.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities

Preferably from a similar industry within the manufacturing sector or medical sector

Key Responsibilities:

To ensure the Purchasing operations supply of materials needed for the company's operations, develop supply resources to meet demand, and control supply costs.

Participate in the evaluation of new products, new materials, responsible for supplier resource planning, material cost accounting, and sample cycle evaluation.

Leading new supplier data collection, qualification review, field review, business condition negotiation, sample recognition, etc.

Market procurement research, understanding market information, avoiding supply risks, adjusting procurement strategies, and improving supplier QCDS performance.

Summarize the supplier's KPI on a monthly basis (including abnormal delivery, quality anomalies and after-sales service).

Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in sourcing

Strong understanding of supplier selection and evaluation, including assessing supplier capabilities, quality, cost, capacity, and delivery performance.

Good negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, quality requirements with suppliers.

Preferably from a similar industry within the manufacturing sector or medical sector
