Job summary

Contacthings Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a procurement professional to source and buy materials, components, and services for dynamic projects in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will liaise with engineering teams to align BOMs and material planning, issue POs, and monitor supplier deliveries to ensure on-time execution.

The role emphasizes strong negotiation and communication skills, with Mandarin proficiency required to liaise with China suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of purchasing experience, preferably in manufacturing, automation or engineering industries.
• Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin is MUST as need to liaise with China Supplier.

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of purchasing experience, preferably in manufacturing, automation, or engineering industries.

Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Mandarin is MUST as need to liaise with China Supplier.
