Job summary

FrieslandCampina is seeking a seasoned PtP Team Lead to organize and optimize the procure-to-pay function across a regional scope. You will lead performance, coach team members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a complex GBS environment.

You will supervise GR/IR processes, AP sub-ledger reconciliations, and queries via ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to internal controls and SLAs while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, or a Global Business Services (GBS) environment within an international/multicultural setting.
• Proven leadership experience with at least 2+ years managing teams, including people management responsibilities.
• Strong end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PtP) process knowledge with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize, manage and optimize the PtP team to meet operational KPIs and CI targets.
• Lead analysis and action on GR/IR, AP liabilities and other trade payable GL accounts.
• Oversee query management and ServiceNow/email SLA adherence; drive issue resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Lead governance activities and drive performance reporting (KPI/OPI, MBR/SPR).
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement standardization (e.g., Power BI) across PtP and GBS.
