Job summary

FrieslandCampina is seeking a Senior PtP Process Control & Query Specialist to support Procure-to-Pay operations from Petaling Jaya. You will manage vendor and employee queries, perform reconciliations, monitor open items, and support month-end closing activities while strengthening internal controls.

You will drive process improvements, collaborate with global stakeholders, and participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, PtP, Shared Services, or related finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of PtP processes, controls, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel; process improvement experience is a plus.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior PtP Process Control & Query Specialist to support Procure-to-Pay (PtP) operations. In this role, you will manage vendor and employee queries, perform reconciliations, monitor open items, support month-end closing activities, maintain financial accuracy and compliance, and collaborate with key stakeholders. You will also drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support operational excellence within a global shared services environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve vendor and employee queries promptly, ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business partners, suppliers, and finance teams across multiple countries, fostering strong stakeholder relationships in a multicultural environment.
• Support Procure-to-Pay (PtP) operations by maintaining accurate transaction processing, compliance, controls, and reporting standards.
• Participate in automation, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen process controls.
• Contribute to project and change management activities while gaining broad exposure to Accounts Payable, PtP processes, compliance, and stakeholder management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (PtP), Shared Services, or a related finance operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of PtP processes, financial controls, reconciliations, month-end closing activities, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels and cultures.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel, with experience in process improvement, automation, or continuous improvement initiatives being an added advantage.
