Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the procure‑to‑pay process within the Shared Services industry.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools to manage P2P operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to address operational challenges.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance.
• Proven leadership skills to lead and develop a high‑performing team.
• Attention to detail to maintain accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the procure‑to‑pay (P2P) process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all transactions.
• Maintain compliance with financial and regulatory requirements across the P2P cycle.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment and procurement issues promptly.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the P2P framework.
• Monitor and manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments and effective communication.
• Prepare and analyse reports related to P2P metrics for management review.
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve departmental goals in the accounting and finance functions.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness of all P2P processes.
