Job summary

FrieslandCampina is seeking a Senior PtP Process Control & Query Specialist to support Procure-to-Pay operations from Petaling Jaya. You will manage vendor and employee queries, perform reconciliations, monitor open items, and support month-end closing activities while strengthening internal controls.

You will drive process improvements, collaborate with global stakeholders, and participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, PtP, Shared Services, or related finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of PtP processes, controls, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel; process improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve vendor and employee queries with high-quality service.
• Collaborate with partners, suppliers, and finance teams across countries.
• Maintain accurate PtP processing, compliance, controls and reporting.
• Participate in automation, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project and change management within PtP, RtR and OtC exposures.
