Job summary

Azelis is seeking an accounts payable professional in Selangor to support monthly close activities such as LC/DC analysis and PO accruals. The role also requires identifying mismatches in supplier invoices and resolving issues promptly, with escalation to senior staff when necessary.

You will ensure timely payments to vendors and employees, strictly follow SOPs and WI, and back up PTP team members while assisting with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of AP workflows.
• Timely payment to vendor and employee.
• Ability to follow SOPs and WI and update them when needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in month end tasks related to LC/DC analysis, GIT PO accruals, etc;
• Identify any mismatches in booking of supplier invoices and solve problems in timely manner, escalate to senior accountants/supervisor/local team if needed.
• Timely payment to vendor and employee
• Follow SOP and Working Instructions strictly in daily operation, update SOP and WI in a timely basis.
• Good understanding of AP workflows and contribute to meet the KPI target.
• Back up for team member of PTP process and support ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
