Job summary

UNHCR Malaysia is seeking a motivated PSP Assistant to support day-to-day data reporting, donor inquiries and clerical work for the face-to-face fundraising programme under the supervision of the PSP Officer.

The role involves consolidating data from external partners, monitoring KPIs, organizing F2F training, and assisting with location planning, vendor monitoring, invoices and purchase orders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education, or university level education in communication, marketing or related fields.
• Experience in data handling or fundraising environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist PSP Officer/Senior PSP Associate in managing relationships with external partners and in-house operations for F2F acquisition.
• Assist in consolidating data and reports from external parties and in-house operations.
• Monitor KPI of F2F programme and help ensure targets are met per annual planning.
• Help organize and conduct F2F training and engagement sessions.
• Support administrative tasks such as fundraiser recruitment, location/site/territory planning and execution.
• Contribute to development of fundraising assets and materials to engage the public.
• Assist with daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI reporting including income and cost budget monitoring (incl. invoices and PO tracking).
• Perform other responsibilities as delegated by supervisor.
