Job summary

UNHCR Malaysia is seeking a motivated Private Sector Partnership Assistant to support the Face-to-Face fundraising programme. You will assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and vendor management to help ensure efficient delivery of fundraising activities and donor engagement.

The role offers exposure to fundraising operations, partner coordination, and field logistics in an international humanitarian environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education; university education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for candidates with secondary education, or fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
