Job summary

UNHCR Malaysia seeks a highly motivated PSP Assistant to support day-to-day data reporting, donor inquiries and clerical tasks for the F2F acquisition programme. You will assist the PSP Officer and Senior PSP Associate in coordinating external partners and internal operations, with emphasis on data consolidation and KPI tracking.

The role requires secondary education or higher in related fields, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage a diverse workload.

Responsibilities

• Assist PSP Officer/Senior PSP Associate in managing relationships with external partners and in-house operations for F2F acquisition.
• Consolidate data and generate reports from external parties and internal operations.
• Monitor KPI of the face-to-face programme and help ensure targets are met.
• Organize and conduct F2F training and engagement sessions.
• Provide administrative support including donor recruitment, site planning and procurement.
• Support development of fundraising assets and materials for public outreach.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports including income and cost budgets.
